Jeff at Docks Plus was putting in a dock for my neighbor and I liked the way it looked so I asked Jeff for an estimate. We agreed on a price, and I am thankful that I went ahead with the project. They removed the old dock, pilings and all, and replaced it with beautifully stained and treated cedar lumber. He also suggested several modifications that we had not considered. We were considering putting in a floating pier to replace an older pier we had, and when I saw his info decided to reach out and consider a permanent pier instead. From the beginning he was incredibly timely and professional. Showed up to give us an estimate and clearly had the knowlege & ability to install a permanent pier. Very pleasant to talk with, down to earth and did not try to sell us something we did not need. He brought samples & suggestions-the product he suggested was new to us, but after researching found it to be the best product out there, marine grade. The crew showed up to install on the day they were scheduled, were respectful of our neighbors while working and left no mess. A HUGE improvement for our property. Neighbors on both sides were impressed and this week he is replacing their existing older piers with new permanents docks as well. HIGHLY recomend Jeff & his crew at Dock's Plus. We were glad to see him back in Wisconsin. He recently stopped by to complete some dock maintenance for us, and his communication was excellent. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work as promised. Jeff came out to look at our falling apart old dock, and within a week we had an amazing new dock in its place! The workmanship and quality is first rate. It looks amazing and feels like it will last forever. Jeff was communicative and awesome to deal with.
