I found Docks Plus to be spectacular to work with. Communication was great. They have excellent skill and work as a well oiled machine. The team overcomes challenges as they arise such as working in the rain or posts that won't go in. They say what they will do and do it - checking in periodically to ensure expectations are met. I love my new dock and will for sure use Docks Plus in the future and highly recommend them!
Jeff and his crew just finished a significant job for us and we couldn’t be happier. The job was to rebuild about 140’ of boardwalk decking (+ stabilize the frame) then rebuild another 30’ out over the water. This was back-breaking work and we’ve had other contractors look and never come back.This crew showed up early every day and built a rock-solid permanent dock for us.Highly recommend Jeff and the guys at Docks Plus for any projects you’ve got.
Jeff and his crew installed a new permanent pier for us this past week. He gave us a price for the plans we gave him, we ended up with a bigger and better pier still for the original price. He made sure we were happy the whole way through the build, changing things as we went. The whole crew, especially Rocky, were very polite and professional. They definitely know what they are doing. Would refer them to friends and family.
Purchased a gently used dock from Jeff a few months ago and had it installed by Jeff and Travis this weekend. Couldn’t be happier—Between purchase and install Jeff was a great communicator, answered all of my questions and kept me informed of his schedule. Jeff went above and beyond in preparing the gently used dock in touching up and reinforcing a couple of the docks imperfections. The install this weekend went great—- Jeff, Travis and Rocky were a pleasure to work with as I wanted to be part of the install to learn for future removals and installs. What a fortunate find! I bought a Pier of d’North dock and was waiting weeks after the install date arranged with another installer. I brought a beautiful lift from Docks Plus and explained the problem I was having getting my dock installed. Jeff knew how to install it and said he could do it when he delivered the lift. Short version: everything quickly and perfectly assembled, placed and functioning 5 days after we made the deal! All work areas cleaned up and hauled. Except for the beautiful new dock you’re never know they were here! Jeff and Cheyenne are a pleasure to do business with. Docks Plus : plus service, plus great work, plus value!
